This is not a Government issued Certificate.
It is a Replacement Certificate But,
A Very Close facsimile there of Printed on Parchment Cardstock.
We cannot alter this certificate in any way.
We cannot change the name or the signature of the
signer as it is signed in the block.
We have several years of signatures on this
certificate and will match yours up the closest as we can.
We have a limited Supply of this certificate.
I got all I could from mikes widow. When they run out
there will be no more.
