Boxes with dents or scratches are not considered “damaged” and cannot be replaced.

If Damaged In Transit
Most packages arrive safely, but there is always that chance an item will break during its travels.
We take pride in our packaging and realize items bought are expected to arrive in the same condition.
However, as the seller, we have no control over what happens between when it leaves us and you receive it.
This disclaimer is to cover that rare occasion an item arrives broken.
If your item is damaged upon arrival “it is not our doing” and becomes the
shipping carrier’s financial responsibility to reimburse the value of the item purchased.

and include photos for the on-line damage claim with the US Postal Service.
As the buyer, you can file the on-line claim from your end and receive the refund of your purchase directly.
Or, we can process the claim at our end and credit the
initial PayPal payment

when we receive payment from the US Postal Service for damages claimed.
