RETURNS
If your parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, please take photos prior to opening. If you wish to return your item you

contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by us.
SHIPPING
We ship by Canada Post calculated shipping with the purchaser paying the cost of shipping. If you are purchasing more than one item please don’t pay for each item individually. Wait for an invoice, we combine shipping whenever possible.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (OUTSIDE CANADA/US) PLEASE CONFIRM SHIPPING WITH US. THE CALCULATOR ISN’T ALWAYS ACCURATE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SHIP TO YOU FOR LESS – OR NOT AT ALL.
