This Honda Fuel Line System, is designed to attach to any extended run cap in the industry, that has 1/4 NPT female threads, and accepts the solid brass 90 degree street elbow and a complete Premium Quality Honda Marine Fuel Connector, that is safe and rated for today’s gasoline products.
The Honda Marine Fuel Connector is double valved, meaning it will not leak fuel or fuel vapors from the generator cap or the fuel line when detached.  This is a safety feature that is on every extended run system we sell.  Notice that the precision CNC machined Diamond Knurling Pattern on the Genuine Marine Rated Fuel Connector matches the same CNC Knurling on the Honda Generator Cap!!!
Marine Fuel Connectors that are made of black plastic resin, that connect to brass prongs, “Do Not Function Well In Cold Weather!!!”  The plastic resin and brass DO NOT EXPAND AND CONTRACT AT THE SAME RATE, and will fail, or leak in Cold Weather Applications.  Our Honda Marine Fuel Connector has endurred actual field tests of severe temps in excess of -20 degress F. without a single failure!!!
Primer bulbs are ok, if you know how to use them properly, but many customers over the years treated them like they were primming an outboard motor, and this can cause severe internal damage to your generator’s fuel system.

We provide appoximately 4′ of genuine 2018 Mercury Marine Premium Fuel Line, that is professionally rigged, using Oetiker, 100% stainless steel clamps, that are the very same clamps used by Mercury Marine fuel line systems.  The genuine Mercury brass fitting on the tank end of the fuel line, has 1/4 NPT threads that is the universal standard, and will fit almost any quality marine fuel tank of your choice.  You will save $$$ by purchasing your own fuel tank.  Why pay for shipping twice on a fuel tank, when you don’t need to???  Invest your savings on purchasing a higher quality fuel tank yourself and save big!!!
