All items come with manufacture warranty unless advertised differently. If your item is defective, please contact us within the warranty period and we will help you to replace the defective item from manufacture.
Item can be returned only if it is factory sealed, unopened, unused, and in original condition. It must be returned within 30 days of your receipt.
All return items require a return authorization number, please email us before return your item.
Our business hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm(pacific time). We reply all emails during regular business hours. All emails received not during regular business hours will be answered next business day.
We usually ship your items on the same or next business day upon payment!
Tracking number are available for all orders and will be email to you when item is in transit.
